Philippe G. Cornu was born in Vevey, Switzerland. He studied at the Goethe Institute in Munich, Germany and obtained his degree in German. Following his studies in Munich, he attended Florida State University where he began his International Business degree. He completed his degree at the Ecole d’Administration et de Direction des Entreprises in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is fluent in English and French and has business knowledge in German and Italian. While in Europe, Philippe was employed by Eastman Kodak in the Business Research Department where he coordinated marketing research for Switzerland. He later joined the world headquarters of Tetra Pak, a Swedish packaging company. While there, he analyzed confidential marketing intelligence, advised customers worldwide on marketing information and conducted corporate management seminars. He also created the company’s first on-line world-wide marketing platform. He traveled frequently throughout Europe to advise colleagues on marketing information and to give lectures at internal seminars.
Audrey J. Cornu was born in Pensacola, Florida. She attended Florida State University on the Florida Bankers Education Foundation Scholarship. After receiving her degree in Finance, she married Philippe and returned with him to Switzerland. While in Europe, she was employed by a Fortune Top 10 company in their Management Information Systems department. She traveled frequently to the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe to manage computer and network installations and to analyze strategic requirements for the region. She was soon promoted to their new European Data Center where her primary duties involved traveling to sites throughout Europe and the region to monitor problems and develop and implement computerized solutions for different areas of operation. She developed the company’s European Communication Processes, an on-line system for obtaining project, problem and administrative support. Audrey is a member of the Association of Internet Professionals.
As they were both very much involved in computerized on-line systems, they stayed abreast of the latest technologies. One of the most interesting was being developed very close to them in Geneva, Switzerland: the Internet. Needless to say, it did not take long to figure out that this was the future and that they wanted to be a part of it! Philippe and Audrey worked in Europe until August of 1992, returning to Florida in September to form their own company, whose main business activity involves designing on-line systems for the World Wide Web. Their virtual corporation is comprised of computer specialists, graphic designers and skilled programmers who work together to assure that your project is handled professionally and to your satisfaction.
